• Inside the oven, the fridge, cabinets and closets
• Bathroom: tub, toilet, sink and grout
• Windows, blinds and screens
• Any damage that was already there (match it to your move-in list)
• Keys returned: date ____ to whom ____
• Forwarding address given in writing: date ____
• Deadlines for returning deposits and itemizing deductions vary by state. Look up your state's rule.
